Option 1, create partition with unallocated space.

In the pop-up window, click “Advanced<<” to specify the information for the new partition, including partition size, partition label, drive letter, files system (NTFS or FAT), and partition type (logical or primary). You could also specify the size of the new partition by dragging the both edge. The number you choose depends on what you want to use the other partition for. When all settings are completed, click “OK” to continue.

Step3. Now you can preview the new created partition. Click “Apply” on the toolbar to commit the “Pending Operations”.

Option 2, create partition without unallocated space (within existing partition).

Step1. Right click the partition on which you are going to create new partition and select “Create Partition” in the drop-down menu.

Step2. In the pop-up window, click “Advanced<<” to specify the information for the new partition just like way 1, and click “OK” to continue.

Step3. Click “Apply” on the toolbar.
